How it Works

Once registered by completing the form linked below, simply use your Leading Advisor Number when making bookings between September 15, 2024 and December 15, 2024 for your chance to win. The travel advisor with the greatest number of bookings from each region will be named LAN Champion and rewarded with the Leading Ultimate Journey affiliated with their region. The included regions are North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, and China.

Prize packages consist of vouchers for ten to twelve nights in lavish accommodations for two across some of the most iconic independent luxury hotels around the globe. At each participating property, stays will be enhanced with daily breakfast and a 100 USD credit to be spent enjoying dining or spa services.

Leading Ultimate Journeys

Terms & Conditions

  • To participate in LAN Elite Rewards, participants must complete the registration form on the LAN Elite Rewards landing page.
  • Only travel advisors who have been provided a Leading Advisor Number (LAN) by The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd (LHW) will be eligible to participate in LAN Elite Rewards. Each LAN may only be used by one, individual travel advisor.
  • Bookings must be made between September 15, 2024 and December 15, 2024 and the LAN must be attached to the booking for it to be considered in determining the advisors with the greatest number of bookings.
  • LHW public rates, promotional rates, and luxury consortia rates confirmed through LHW channels: GDS (LW chain code), LHW voice reservations, and the Leading Booking Source will be eligible to be included in your bookings total.
  • One (1) winner (LAN Champion) will be selected from each of the six (6) applicable regions. Winners will be notified via email no later than January 31, 2025.
  • Participant’s region will be based on the mailing country LHW has on file for their agency/IATA and as noted below.
    • North America: Canada and United States
    • Latin America: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, and Venezuela
    • Europe: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vatican City, and United Kingdom

  • LAN Elite Rewards is not applicable for travel advisors based in Russia.
  • LAN Champions will receive the Leading Ultimate Journey that corresponds with their region as outlined on the LAN Elite Rewards landing page.
  • Each Leading Ultimate Journey consists of hotel vouchers for no less than five (5) and no more than six (6) Leading Hotels of the World. Each voucher includes a minimum of two (2) night double-occupancy stay, breakfast for two (2), and a 100 USD hotel credit to spend at hotel facilities. Winners are responsible for booking their stays at each participating property.
  • Leading Ultimate Journeys do not include air travel or transportation to or from any of the participating hotels.
  • LHW reserves the right to replace any hotels included in the prize packages for another Leading Hotel of the World.
  • Leading Ultimate Journeys may not be combined with any other offer.
  • Vouchers must be redeemed by December 31, 2025 and redemption is subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply.
  • Leading Ultimate Journeys are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards.
  • Participants will only be eligible to win one (1) Leading Ultimate Journey per calendar year.
  • LHW reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the above-mentioned terms and conditions or the LAN general policies found here.
